Custom Wordpress Website Design, Donation Platform Setup, Email Automations, and Event Management

The Ryan Lloyd Foundation is rooted in compassion, resilience, and purpose. Created in memory of Ryan, the foundation raises awareness, funds research, and supports families impacted by epilepsy. Their work is deeply personal and community-driven, bringing people together through education, events, and partnerships like their collaboration with CURE Epilepsy.

When they came to me, they didn’t have a central website. Donations were being collected through a mix of tools, and managing event logistics took a lot of time and manual coordination. They needed more than just a website. They needed a platform that could carry the heart of their mission and simplify the behind-the-scenes work.

We designed a custom site that does both. From a seamless donation platform to ticket sales for their annual golf outing, we brought everything into one place. We also built backend automations for receipts, reports, and sponsor forms to make their process smoother. And as a special tribute, we included custom illustrations inspired by Ryan’s love of baseball, adding thoughtful touches throughout the site.

Their first campaign after launch raised ~$50,000 and 99% of those donations came directly through the website.
